I feel your pain. I was shocked at how good splinter cell blacklist and payday2 are as well. Now I'm like wtf? I want to trade it in due to the sheer cost I have incured buying the ps4 and like 6 games on preorder. I have the system just about paid off and watchdogs but still have infamous, the order, knack, killzone and whatnot to pay off. Plus I'm prob gonna go for the vita bundle if I can at launch if not I'm gonna but it seperatley.

But Sony has stated if you own a physical copy of a game that for a nominal fee you will be able to get a digital copy on the ps4. Granted, rock star is being shady about announcing next gen game copies but come on, the best selling multiplat aside from cod is NOT going to be available on a system that already has millions of preorders?
I respectfully disagree. I'm 40 as are my friends. We all have been gaming hard since the 80s. From standing in line at 7-11 to play super Mario bros to sleeping outside for the ps2 we always preorder. Now, I want to clarify that we preorder what we know we want. Meh games, no. New systems and games like killzone or infamous? Hell yes. I had that stuff preorderd the morning after e3 as did all my friends

I gotta admit I'm feinng pretty hard for this game. I used to do massive mp playing back in the rainbow 6 and cod4 days but just got so bored with the newer games that I drifted mainly to sp games. This, though makes me want to jump back into the mix. The game looks FUN. Great graphics aside, it looks like a blast to play. Having everything unlocked is awesome. No more hardcore's just playing 10 hours a day then dominating in team matches. Its gonna be all about choices and your skill...

I've been embracing all digital lately as well...for the games I really want to own, anyway. There are still times though I find a game that was OK but not 60 bucks OK. Those I'll still rent.
What has really sold me though, especially for next gen was seeing how fast you can launch into a mp game from the dashboard. Plus less wear on the disc reader is really making me want to go all digital.Im Blessed with good internet speeds so I understand DD is not for everyone. ...
